The Ocean Hills Country Club is a great place to live if you like lots of activities and a beautiful Club House.
 
4643 Cordoba is 1106 SQFT according to the County Tax Assessor.  Changes to the size and the age and quality of upgrades will change the pricing.
 
Currently there are 6 homes of your model for sale between $284K and $350K.  Market time is between 23 days and 193 days.  The lowest price and the second highest price on Cordoba.
 
There is one pending with a list price of $275K.
 
There are 6 that have sold in the last 6 months between $255K and $330K.  Market time between 4 days and 217 days.  2 of those were on Cordoba.  They were at $280K and $284K
 
Your price will probably be somewhere within these numbers.
