Wanted: Banks that will give me a HELOC on an investment property (owned free and clear).

The property is currently in MN.  Credit score is 720. I can't get Freddie/Fannie mortgages because I exceed the 10 property limit.  Besides, I would prefer a true line of credit HELOC since I would only need the funds intermittently.

I would be fine with 70-75% ltv if I could find a lender to do a HELOC on this single family rental.

Try WellsFargo or a credit union. I personally use SPIRE.
