Wanted: SERIOUS agent to get me into a vacation home - Naples FL or surrounding area

If you have time on December 26/27 to show me around my ever-shrinking list of communities (23 but you can shortlist to a select few), let me know and I will send you specific info that I have relating to both the communities that were of interest to me on the web AND my criteria for our vacation home. In order not to waste anyone's time (for those who sell million dollar homes this may be a waste of time for you), my basic criteria is 250K cash, 3 bdrm, 2 bth, resort community, west of 75. I'd also like someone who has dealt with Canadian clients and can handhold throughout the process.
