Thank you for your question.  Yes, at the end of the last year the home was offered by the seller at $429,950.  With the new year upon us and a more robust economy it is now offered at $439,950 and this exceptionally appointed home is well worth a tour.  Please let me know if you'd like to schedule a private showing and thank you again for your question.
