Watched the video to claim home. It is wrong. When I click on the address, IT DOES Not show option

The video says to click on the address in detail, then click on claim/edit on the left side of the page.  There are not such options.

I do apologize for the confusion.

On the home details page of your property, click on Edit then see if there's a link for Claim your home. If there's none, choose Report problem with home, wait for the drop down menu and you'll be provided with options like Incorrect Owner Claim. Click on one of them then follow the instructions to claim your home.
