I keep getting this subject message when I click on My Zillow and even when I click on myself in a discussion - essentially I can not access my own profile or my listings or anything. Help?? Thx! - D

Hello Daves360 -

I apologize for the inconvenience. This happens when your computer's cookies and cache pile up and clearing them would help. :)

If you're using Internet Explorer; Go to Tools, then Internet Options, then click on "Delete Cookies", and "Delete Files", then Ok all the way. Now if you're on Mozilla Firefox; Go to Tools, then Options, click on "Clear Cookies", and "Clear Cache".

After doing so, close the browser window and wait for a few minutes. Then, open a new browser and go to www.zillow.com and type in the address.
