Here are the steps to remove the For Sale posting:
1. Log-in to your Zillow account.
2. Go to Favorite Homes and click on the link to your property.
3. On the home details page, click "Edit status" beside your home price.
4. Choose from the dropdown list the reason for taking down the posting.
5. Do not forget to tick the disclaimer and hit the Save Changes button.
To remove the info you have posted on your home, click on the Edit button on the Home Info section, remove the info and hit on the Save Changes button.
To remove the photos, click on Add/Edit Photos link to remove the pictures and hit on the Save Changes button.
To release ownership, go to the home details page and click on the "... you have claimed this home" link, and then the "Release ownership of this home" link. You will then need to sign in and then you will be taken to the "Release Claimed Ownership" page where you can review the choices and select a solution that fits your situation.
To remove it from your account, go to Favorite Homes, uncheck the box on the Get Home Report E-mail and click on Remove favorite.

To remove or cancel your listing, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Zillow.com and log-in to your account.
2. Go to your Favorite Homes list and click on the property address.
3. On the Overview page, click on Edit Status button.
4.Remove the related website link (if there is any) and select the correct home status from the drop-down list.
5.Tick the disclaimer (I promise that....) then click on Create Your Listing button.
You might want to release the ownership since the home has sold. To do so, click on Release Claim link under Tools.
