There are renovation loans out there that you should consider. One loan would be the 203k renovation loan. This is a loan done by FHA and covers the cost of the home along with the renovations. They also will take in any disability income into account. From what I have heard these renovation loans can be a hassle and tough to go through, but they are definitely options to consider. Well I hope this helps and good luck!

You could always do an FHA 203K loan!
