Hi John,
I went ahead and removed the state of Tennessee from your profile.
Hope that stops the calls. It's worthwhile double checking that the more specific areas correctly represent where you do want to assist clients.

Hey John -
When the listing agent hasn't activated their account on Zillow, we offer the viewer some other agent choices. These choices are people who are active on Zillow, so our confidence that they will help the person is high. Please know that on such listings, the actual listing agent is indeed noted as such at the bottom of the listing (sort of like an IDX listing) and you are in no way denoted as the actual listing agent. [If you have example that says otherwise, please respond here with addresses and we will certainly investigate!].
As for getting calls from all over the state, we are keying off of the Service Area on your profile to know which 'helpful' agents to display online. Please note in the Areas Served section of the profile, you have a very large area noted, including "tennessee". If you edit this to only the areas that you would like to receive calls from, this will reduce the calls you receive that you cannot service.

We are getting calls and emails about listings that are not even close to our area? People are mad!
