We are still in our "old" house. We are "renting back" until this Saturday morning. Then we are moving into my parent's condo until we close on the new house. We should be closing on that the middle of November! Here is a picture of the new pad!!!!!!

I am from the San Francisco bay area, would you believe there are bidding wars for homes that are under $500k in desirable locations? (For those who do not know this area, please don't chart me to death. Mountain House, Modesto are not in the BA) I did not believe it at first until I witness them first hand!
