Just remember, Realtors expect a commission from the landlord or owner or property manager.  Many landlords are not willing to pay such a commission, so you may be excluding over 1/2 the possible rental opportunities by selecting to use a Realtor.... or you may end up paying the agent one or two  months rent out of your own pocket just for agent doing a search on their MLS.

Besides, the agent is not supposed to be posting his phone number on the forum; he already has a link to his profile page both with his user name and avatar, and the phone number is already there.  But he has only been on Zillow since May 4, 2014, so he is really not all that familiar with the website yet.

Use the home search page, and select "rentals" and "house" type unit in the filters.
http://www.zillow.com/homes/for_rent/house_type/

Put in the area of interest for the search in the address box, for example:
http://www.zillow.com/homes/Treasure-Island-FL_rb/for_rent/

Then, in the "keywords filter" (under the "more" pull down tab), put in "water front" (in quotes), or any similar term that a landlord, property manager, or real estate agent may have used to describe "on open water".

For example:
http://www.zillow.com/homes/Treasure-Island-FL_rb/for_rent/#/homes/for_rent/Treasure-Island-FL/list/house_type/34332_rid/%22water-front%22%0A_att/days_sort/27.795703,-82.752522,27.734034,-82.790927_rect/

(Presently 2 are coming up on Treasure Island; approximately $2.5k to $2.7k per month).
