I assume since you are addressing the question to a Zillow blog, you are looking for someone to tell you how to search on Zillow to find the property.  It would depend on whether or not there are properties for your area on Zillow.  I am a licensed broker in Massachusetts as well as a member of the National Association of REALTORS (yes, that should be all caps - it's a trademarked term).  A REALTOR is someone who not only has a license to practice real estate in your state but also has additional requirements professionally so my suggestion would be to find one in your state and let them assist you.  Your question is quite general; are you looking for acreage that could be farmed, used as a manufacturing site, used as a day camp for teens, used as a day camp for inner-city kids, etc.  If there's a home on it, does it need to be habitable?  These are just a few of the questions that I would ask any buyer prior to beginning the search.  If you want to do it yourself, you should be able to go on any website for a real estate company and put in your search requirements.  You should determine which is more important to you - the 5 acres or the house or the combination.  Then input that information into the search engine on the site.  I work for Coldwell Banker in Massachusetts and their national website should be able to assist you - that's assuming what you're looking for is currently on the market.  Most real estate websites now carry the capability to search for all property on the market (some will be local only, others will be national in scope) even if it's not listed by that particular company.  Happy hunting!
