Your landlord is required to inform you.

The new foreclosure laws mandate that the bank must notify all tenants of a foreclosure proceeding within 10 days of filing the notice. Landlords must notify the tenants with 10 days of receiving the notice. Ultimately, some landlords are not honest so you have to secure the foreclosure information on your own. You can receive this information in two ways. (1).  Check with your county records if the information was filed. (2) Join up with a reputable service that will inform you immediately if the home is in foreclosure and will continue to inform you of the foreclosure status. You can check with:
http://www.worldclassmemberservices.com//
to sign up for the foreclosure alert service.  I hope the above information helps.

Go to your states public site and if they have a link to pay taxes click there and input address. I would check to see if there are any back taxes as well. Sometimes mortgage can be up to date but taxes aren't and they may still stand a chance of losing the home.

You need to ask your landlord since they are the owner of the property.

Unfortunately you need to ask the landlord. The only other option you have is to check the county records for liens.

Have you received any notices from an attorney's office or several letters from a mortgage company?  That is the sign that the property is delinquent, even though the mail usually goes directly to the owner, the bank will also send a copy to the house that is in default.  If you have any concerns, you really need to ask your landlord.
