We as owners hired a Property Manager to help find a tennant and manage the property during lease pe

The Property Manager has an application and has reviewed it, run a credit bureau check, verifed employment and previous residence, but refuses to show us or provide a copy of even the application, claiming Privacy issues.  I cannot believe as owners, we can't get a copy of the application and atleast know something about the people leasing our home.

I think you need to look for a new manager. You should be reading and approving all the applications and lease agreements. You should also have pre-determined qualifications for tenants. In other words you should have a set a parameters that a prospective tenant should fit into.

Wonder if the property manager is pocketing the money for the credit apps and now just got caught with his hand in the cookie jar :-/
