Zillow uses public records to get the information used on the site.  The tax records will be updated this fall and should kick in then.  You can go in claim you home and edit the information yourself.

Hi Marty,
Your house is new in a new area. Zillow will get records of it once it goes on the market. I hope you can enjoy a log stay in Oak Ridge.
We like having you here!
