If you are talking about the photo, then it takes time for google to shoot new ones. It varies how long it takes for that to happen, but in my area they shoot new ones every 2-3 years.

For the house information, I think that gets picked up in my area from the assessor about once a year or you can claim your home and add those facts directly to your home page.
