We continue to try and remove a listing off of zillow and it keeps reappearing..

We are getting emailed from upset new owners who are finding a prior listing of their home on Zillow which we removed months and months ago..  I tried calling to speak with someone but all extensions are going to VoiceMail.  Please let me know what we need to do to make sure our past listing are completely removed when we take them off and they don't magically reappear.... thanks..
