We did a major home remodel and our home is appraised for 900K plus by the town 1.3M by the bank

how come zillow is only 600K our taxes support at least 30% more than zillow estimate why difference?

Zillow doesn't have an inspector on site, so their Zestimate only reflects the plain boring version of the public facts.   If you've had significant upgrades, claim your home, make sure all facts are correct, update the  owner's estimate and check to make sure the comp selection is good.
