Over the past 2 months, we've submitted our http xml feed of all our listing but the listing still do not show up on zillow.  Tried multiple times to contact zillow via feeds@zillow.com but they never respond.  Who can I talk to to resolve whatever the issue might be?  Thank you so much for your help to anyone.

Kerstin,

As posted on Zillow Feeds FAQ page (see below), it may take 4-6 weeks.

2 Months with no response doesn't sound right. You also seem to have contacted feeds@zillow.com ! Hope some one from Zillow sees this and responds. Good luck!

How long does it take to process a new feed?

The answer to this can depend on how many other feeds are in the queue to be processed. There is a good deal of manual work that goes into setting a feed live on our end, including performing a number of quality checks on the feed. Please allow a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks before the feed is activated.
