We just bought the house but Zillow put it back to the market with same agent. Agent won't response

We bought the house 1 month ago, The Zillow List was removed but now it comes back as For Sale through same Agent. We call , the agent says they didn't do anything, it is Zillow's responsibility.
What should we do? File complain?

I would agree, talk to the broker!

If the agent will not respond then talk to their broker.  It will surprise you how quickly the agent will respond!

I am sorry that you've run into yet another agent that doesn't understand how the data feed system works.   Yes, they are responsible for removing it.   Zillow receives listings through data feeds controlled by agents and their brokerages.    If Zillow manually removes it, the data feed will simply over write the status making it appear "for sale" again.

The things you can do:

a.  Go to the bottom of the property details page, then click on "listing source".  Identify the listing source, contact the agent (and copy the contact information to his/her broker) and demand it be removed immediately.

b.  Also at the bottom of the property details page, report the problem with the listing (and tell Zillow that you've run into an agent who doesn't appear to know how to remove it).

c.  Finally, if the agent doesn't remove it, I'd contact their state licensing board and report them for using technological tools inappropriately.   (Clearly I've had it with agents who chose blaming Zillow rather than taking personal responsibility for sorting it out.  (I do not work for Zillow.))
