We just signed a contract. Who do we contact to let them know?

I tried to find a place to go to with the information, but there seems to be no contact number.

I'm a bit confused, marywm.  Who are you attempting to contact.  Make sure your attorney (if you don't have one, let me know) reviews whatever information you're trying to send out.

Now that you have signed a contract, it is probably too late to get the best help.

Your best bet now is to get a good lawyer.  Don't wait there are probably contingencies in the contract that must be addressed, reviewed and/or planned for.

Sorry you apparrently did not engage a Realtor however, maybe it is not too late?

Again, don't wait to get help!

Good Luck!

If it was a listing contract, there should be the listing brokers information on the first page.

What kind of contract was it that you signed? Purchase contract? Listing Contract?
