Wetdawgs is right, helps with more details to be able to answer. However, if one was to read in to your post a bit... if the inspections came back with issues and the seller isn't willing to remedy those issues then you have the right to walk away and get your earnest money back. (Proving your purchase contract contains that sort of language. The language it does say will predicate whatever rights or options you'll have available to you.) If I can answer any other questions, I'd be happy to help. However, sounds like you need to get in touch with your agent to workout whatever might be going on with the inspections.
