We want to put a large amout of cash down on a new home can we get a non qualifing

loan for a very small amount say 50,000? Are lenders willing to do this?

Mortgage lender will usually not lend for such a small amount.  You can try your local credit union or bank.  You will still need to qualify based on your income, credit and assets.  Most likely the interest rate will be higher on a small loan.  Good luck.

as long as you can qualify for a 50K loan

if you cant - try  contracting the bank you bank with  with the question
answer really depends  on reasons you might not qualify
