Web site does not work?

When I go to your website to get the value of my house I get a message to download Adobe 10.1 flashplayer.  I have downloaded it several times but when I go back to use your website I still get the same message.  Please tell me what I need to do to use the website.

Hi hainesbech -

Make sure also that you use internet browsers we currently support. I would also suggest that you remove or un-install all past Flash players. Re-start your computer and begin re-installing the updated versions. You may check out this troubleshooting page for more details.
