Were You Aware That the $8000 Home Buyer Tax Credit is Still Available for Qualified Buyers?

Yes ... the $8000 first tiime home buyer tax credit and the $6500 repeat buyer tax credit is still available for Qualified* members of the Military!
Qualified* service members who were on official extended duty (beginning 12/31/08 and ending 5/1/10), have until April 30, 2011 to be under a binding sales contract and settle on their purchase by June 30, 2011.
Restrictions apply to these qualifications so each member needs to check with their tax advisor for clarification.
