I believe that Zillow pulls its information by zip code rather than by neighborhood.

I suppose its fair game for all the realtors that keep pushing listings just west of 52nd east into "Cedar Park" since all the buzz around recent renovations to the small park at the center of the neighborhood with the same name and the opening of the Dock St. Brew Pub.

We have a few listings posted on Zillow. Several of them have been completely inaccurately categorized as far as using the proper subdivision name. I had to notify Zillow to correct the inaccuracy. In our case, it was not a situation where we were "pushing listings". It was just an error.
Let Zillow know they made a MiZtake. They might be able to correct it as they did in my case.

Zillow tends to list a large number of homes sold in Cedar Park and Garden Court inaccurately as being in Cobbs Creek.
