What's happened to our appraised value?

I'd like to know why your old estimates had our house at $180+ and suddenly it fell to the low 20's. Was your old estimate wrong for Geneva, NY?

Jazz, don't panic. Has your home been properly appraised? Zillow is a good tool , there are a lot of variables in their system. It seems that no mere mortal has the answers to their number fluctuation. Have a local realtor do a CMA on your property.
