The best thing to do is to call 2 or 3 real estate professionals that are familiar with your neighborhood to do a professional CMA on the house. That will be your starting point. I do feel that it is important that the agent be familiar with your particular neighborhood because location means a lot when determining value.  The ultimate determination of the home's value is what the buyers are willing to pay for the home. Keep in mind that the media has made sure that everyone knows that it is a buyer's market so the buyers are tryiing to get more for a lot less these days. Don't let low offers offend you. Just take it as a sign of the times and if an offer is unacceptable counter it and see if you can work something out. If not just move on to the next one. With that said, if you get repeated offers in the same price range, that is where the market is placing the value of your home at this time.
