Tom, I am with you.. the same thing happened to my home overnight. Zillow in my opinion has no credibility at all. They can't even justify to me how a home's value can change as much as 10 or even 20% overnight. The only response I get from them is that they changed their algorithms and the new values just come out. They really don't have a clue on what they are doing. They are basically valuing homes base on a math equation. They must have some sort of politcal agenda. I am going to start by contacting my congressman and letting them know what zillow is doing.

What Happened to your Estimates?
Florida properties I have been tracking have Z-EST going from $381K to $684K in one week! With your history graph being modified to NOT show the lower ends. THIS INVALIDATES ALL ZILLOW ESTIMATES Prior & future! What the Heck are you doing? Tom Parks
