What are housing values in area called 'Ridgewood' near Pleasant Ridge?

I just wanted to provide some additional information about Ridgewood, a Cincinnati neighborhood in Columbia Township, Zip Code 45213.  Ridgewood is located between Pleasant Ridge and Amberley Village, and consists of about 200 homes built in the 1930's and 40's.  You will find 2-story and cape cod homes, less than 2000 sq ft, most with a garage, and many with fireplaces in both the living room and basement family room.  This continues to be a great neighborhood for first time buyers, and prices are currently $150,000 - $250,000.  Residents enjoy the services of City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County, and also those of Columbia Township, such as curb-side brush removal.  The Columbia Township website is attached.  Residents have quick access to I71 and I75, as well as Cross-County Highway, and nearby shopping includes the Pleasant Ridge Business District, Dillonvale Shopping Center, and just a little farther, Blue Ash, Oakley, Center of Cincinnati and Kenwood Mall.
