HomeGain has been a valued business source for me for over ten years. Their staff and customer support are as great as the quality of the leads generated. I concentrate mostly on sellers, and Homegain has generated hundreds of thousands! of commission dollars for me over the years. I highly recommend their products, mostly because I feel the quality of the leads generated by HomeGain results in a much higher conversion rate than any other lead generation product I have ever used. I am a huge fan of Homegain's BuyerLink program. Three years ago I was spending about $10k per month on Google and Yahoo. I was capturing leads at a rate of 6%-8%. A rep called me from Homegain and I decided to try $1,000 to see if it was as good as their rep said. He told me I would capture more leads and it would cost me about half of the $2 per click I was currently paying. Within the first day my leads from that initial investment went crazy. Within 2 weeks I had committed my entire budget to their program. Today I spend $1 per click (our area is between $2 and $$3 on Google) and capture leads at a rate of 15%-16%.
Capturing leads is only half the battle though. It's important to follow a strict lead conversion program if you really want to excel with Internet leads. This year our Agents will help over our costomers buy approximately 350 homes. Over 90% of these sales are from leads that we have received from our BuyerLink program. I my opinion you'd find it well worth your time to check out HomeGain and their product line. I have found that my partnering with HomeGain over the course of the past few years has been quite beneficial towards my success and bottom line.
