Kendra, since this is an unusually large home comparable rentals may be hard to come by. I'd ballpark rents at anywhere from $4,000 to $5,000 monthly, but that could vary depending on the quality and condition of the house, the amenities and also the location. There are several 5 bed 3 bath homes for rent in that range in the area at the moment.
