Investor friendly meaning knowing about to do fsbo, short sales, double closings (closing the A-B transaction with own funds, then closing the B-C transaction on the same day with separate funds. Im NOT referring to the method of using the funds from the B-C transaction to fund the A-B deal.)

I hope it's been disclosed to the lender(s) approving the short sale...they don't like getting shorted!  The buyer will have to sign off that they're not flipping it for at least 90 days...if they learn of it it could be considered mortgage fraud. 

Brokers have lost their license to conduct business in this fashion....agents proceed with caution.
