I have a lein on an expensive beach condo, valued at about 350,000.  My 200,000 lein is not getting paid and the person has not paid the bank trust, city taxes, or expensive maintenance fees in over a year.  trust and taxes 4 or 5 years.   I have a lawyer, but the laws are confusing.  What is the quickest way to collect my money or repossess the condo.?

Rooney, I would say make an appointment to meet with the highest authority you can, at the nearest Mexican Counsel's Office.

When I was having some legal miseries in Costa Rica, their Counsel's Office in LA, gave me the VIP Intro to folks that helped me.

Past our border, going south, if you need something done, it's certainly not what you know, it's who you know! ... Best wishes!
