Honesty is the most important quality to me. Buyers/sellers would be wise to dump any agent that lies to them the first time it happens or they may find themselves trapped in a transaction with that agent. There are too many good, honest agents to suffer with a dishonest, self serving one.

1. Available in a timely manner (email, cell phone, office phone)
2. Shows you what you want and have been approved for.
3. Explains the buying process and looks out for you from start to close.
