For those of you that do not know, Google is the most searched website, YouTube is the 2nd. Google owns YouTube. If you do not have a video tour up there, you are lost.

A good video tour makes me imagine living in the place. I've seen two of hundreds that have fallen into the "good" category, the rest have been a waste of my viewing time. Both of the good ones were from Australia. (As links are broken today, can't give you an example). I much prefer a series of superb photos of the house and grounds. This doesn't mean the house is staged, but the photos are of the house itself rather than stuff on the surface (couches, tables, chairs etc). Often video tour music is loud and obnoxious and stops me from watching within a few seconds.





What are the advantages and disadvantages of video tours?
