I am considering purchasing a home in the subdivision and would like the pros and cons of the neighborhood and general location.

Best: Financially sound with excellent Tennis, playground, and swim facilities. The Association has community events that are well attended.

Worst: Outside of Aspen's, Frankie's, and Fast-Food Chains, limited restarants. Need to travel ~25-40 minutes for variety.
