Our local MLS, SAMCAR, delineates the boundaries as El Camino Real on the West, East 4th on the North, S. Delaware on the East and 92 on the South. That's the official real estate boundary. The houses on Delaware on the west side of the street are in, those on the east side are in Sunnybrae.
