There's a tremendous range of prices in Rodeo homes. This is due to some variety in neighborhoods and the quality of homes. There's the Bayo Vista tract homes, then there are nicely kept properties in nearby Old Town. There are tiny homes in the low lands. There's upscale Rodeo Highlands, which includes not just mini-mansions, but some homes left to rot. There's tidy Viewpointe, but it also has fringes in foreclosure. Prices per square foot cannot be applied from one street to another in Rodeo. The town in general is a very comfortable, convenient, safe and healthy place to live. The air and local climate in Rodeo is surprisingly good. It's the sea breeze. It's a true gem for some individuals and families. For others it might be too quiet or too slow.
What are the homes going for in the area of Rodeo, Calif.?
