What are the qualification standards to buy a house?

How much can you get a loan for if your credit score is 715, your partners is 700, and you have 20,000 down? What is the lowest amount and what is the highest? What are the other requirements?

Hello hsmith9891,

Mr. Sterling is correct, there are many variables involved that are best discussed further with an appropriate mortgage lender, such as himself. If you have any real estate needs, it would be a privilege to be given an opportunity to work with you.
