What are the taxes? It says on the Keller Williams site 4,460. But HCAD says 3,274?

HCAD does not include Harris Co ID #5 AND the $3274 on HCAD is after the homestead exemption, The $4460 on KW is everything before exemptions. More than likely, you will reap the benefits of the homestead exemption for the remainder of the year in which you buy, but you will have to file your own exemption after January 1 the next year.

HCAD says: http://bit.ly/b3swl8.  There is no reference to taxes.
I've checked on www.kw.com and there are no references to taxes there.

I apologize.. can you send me the links that you were referencing?

I think the KW site reflects taxes before exemptions. I checked the Stewart Title Report and it agreed w/KW but not hcad. Tax value is the same for hcad, KW and Stewart. So, I would assume that the lower amount includes exemptions.
