FDC was correct on the taxes however keep in mind two things:
1. That is based on a home valuation of $123,400 and the current asking price is only $85,000 so next year the taxes may drop.
2. In Idaho, you get a discount on taxes if you use the home for your primary residence verses a rental, so that can really impact future taxation.
This is a bank owned property in Middleton, Idaho which is vacant, so if you are still looking and don't already have a signed buyer rep agreement, I would be glad to assist.
