What are the yellow lines surrounding some areas identifying?
In some areas on the map I see a yellow line the seems to surround roads, creeks, lakes, and some municipalities lines. The way it seemed to follow waterways I first thought it was a 100 year flood line but there are too many houses for that to be true. The line must mean something but I cannot find a legend or figure it out on my own. Thank you.
