What can I do if Zillow's information about our home is not up-to-date & the est. values is wrong?

We have made considerable improvements to our home - e.g. completed fitted basement into a full apartment with separate entrance, added fencing and other features, but the value Zillow puts on it and the description of the property does not reflect the changes and additions.  What can we do?

You are quite right - Zillow doesn't have a telescope focused on your house to see all your hard work.  All they can do is go through information obtained from public records.   As they can't see as much as you can, You can claim your home on Zillow and make edits.  Here are links to the FAQs:

Claim your home.
Edit your home data.

You can also edit the description.
