If you are speaking of a Sheriff sale, this sale will cancel all previous liens on the home, even your lease (except for any taxes or government liens).

Once the new owner's sale is finalized they will be able to utilize the county sheriff to evict any persons on the property if they, the new owners, wish too.

It is probably 50/50 on if you will be able to stay after the Sheriff sale.  The new owners will contact you on their own or with the County Sheriff.

You should contact an attorney as some of your legal rights may be in jeopardy,

You could try checking the Oklahoma State Courts Network to see if there is ay information there, here is the link... http://www.oscn.net/applications/oscn/start.asp?viewType=DOCKETS

You culd also try checking your local counties sheriffs website.
Good luck.

Have a real estate agent find out if the house sold at auction or went back to the bank. If the house was sold at auction the new owners will be contacting you. They may offer you cash to move on. They may offer you a new lease.
Good Luck
