If you are speaking of a Sheriff sale, this sale will cancel all previous liens on the home, even your lease (except for any taxes or government liens). Once the new owner's sale is finalized they will be able to utilize the county sheriff to evict any persons on the property if they, the new owners, wish too. It is probably 50/50 on if you will be able to stay after the Sheriff sale. The new owners will contact you on their own or with the County Sheriff.
