dear sirs

im beng transferred from KCC colombia to KCC Mobile AL under L1 visa status, and i want to buy a home in Daphne, AL specicifally in bay brach villas. Budget 150.000 usd max., and  6000 usd available for down payment. I have no credit history in US. Income will be 81120 usd/year. is it possible for me to get a mortgage once i get my SS number? regards andres hurtado

You will need to put down more then 4% once you get your Social Security number since you have no US credit. Expect 25% down minimum.
