Plan on a down payment of at least 3.5%. A credit score of 606 is too low for most lenders, and will end up with less than favorable rates. Most Zillow lenders do not do loans for values as low as $50,000

I was hoping to get zero down payment but I might could come up with a little. my credit score is 606 from one place im not sure about the other ones. I know my ex took out a loan with country wide and they just made him take out a little more and he had to pay off everything negitive on his credit report.

Not really. How much of a down payment do you plan to make, and what is your current score?

What can I do to get more (or better) quotes for a low credit score
