What can I do to get more (or better) quotes for my loan request ZR-GWJHSDM?

From checking my credit score it is 630-659 depending on the the 3 credit bureaus that I look at. I make about $42k annual, been on my job almost 3 years. My husband makes about $32k, has great credit history, score of 780. Will we qualify for USDA/FHA loan or for a loan period. We would like to get 100% financing if possible although we do have some in savings.

Lenders will use the lower of the two middle scores from a tri-merge credit report and that is what will determine your interest rate as well as what loan type you qualify for.  Keep in mind that rates do change daily so if you receive a quote from lenders one week and continue to shop, you may not be able to get the rate that was previously quoted a few weeks or a month ago.  Generally speaking, rates are going to be very similar with all lenders and you should be concentrating on finding the loan officer that you want to work with and who you think will be attentive and responsive and be able to get your loan closed in a timely manner.  USDA does provide 100% financing, but it will depend on where the property is located as to whether or not you can obtain USDA financing.  FHA allows you to only put 3.5% of the purchase price down and you can purchase anywhere.
