Hi:

I do have a wholesale lender here in California that will go unlimited LTV on HARP for primary or second homes. You might check and see if there is a lender in your state who will do this.

Do you know what their value was based on? Did they send out an appraiser? We can go to 150%, as long as we can get a property inspection waiver, and you are not paying mortgage insurance. Also, is there a second mortgage, or HELOC on your home?
