What can I do to get more (or better) quotes for my loan request ZR-VDMPRDF?

Trying to find a lender , but haven't bought anything on credit for six years. I don't have bad credit, and don't have any credit score. How can I get funding, and who should I contact. This home can have a homepath loan

The only option I can think of at the moment is FHA. Not many lenders will do this loan anymore, but if you do some research with some local loan officers I'm sure you will find some. You would need three alternate trade lines opened within the last 12 months. Some examples of alternative credit include; utility companies, cable, car insurance, cell phone, rent and a few others. The lender will then require a credit letter from each creditor that must include the Company letterhead, your name, the account number, must state that you have not been over 30-days late and it must verify at least 12 months. You would not be able to get a HomePath loan with no score, but you can get an FHA loan on a HomePath property. Good luck and take care.

Zillow mortgage market place doesn't tend to auto quote for loans less than about $100,000.  You may wish to contact a local credit union or bank.

Good luck.
